How do I set up a Best Buy account?

Why can't I connect to Wi-Fi?
- Check the Wi-Fi settings on your device to make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on.
- Make sure that you selected the correct network and entered the correct password.
- Make sure that your router/modem is on and that you are within range of it. If your device is far away from your Wi-Fi router (such as in your basement or garage), you may need to install a Wi-Fi range extender halfway between your router and freezer.
- Your device can only connect to the 2.4GHz band on your router. If you have a 5GHz router, make sure that its 2.4GHz band is also active and visible.
- Turn your device off, then back on.
- Reset your router/modem.
Why is my signal weak?
Your router may be too far away or it may be obstructed. Adjust the router's antennas or move the router (if possible). You may need to purchase a range extender to boost the signal.
Why won't my password work?
- Make sure Caps Lock is not on.
- Make sure you are using the correct case for letters (upper case/lower case).
How do I change my Wi-Fi settings?
- On most devices (iOS and Android), tap Settings, then Wi-Fi. Refer to the documentation that came with your device for more information.
- To connect your device to a new Wi-Fi network or the same network with new password, reset the device and repeat setup.
Where do I find the HomeKit PIN number?
Your HomeKit code is on the white label on your device. A copy is also included in the documentation that came with your device.
My setup failed. How do I try again?
Factory reset your device before trying to set it up again. To find reset instructions for your device, select your device type from the FAQ list.
After setup, I no longer see my old devices. How do I access them?
Make sure the "Home" and "Rooms" selections in the app match the home and room names you set up for your device.
